Pastor Shawna Q. Williams, is a prophet of the Lord, honored wife of a giant in God’s Kingdom, a mother, a mentor and the Co-Senior Pastor at The City of Restoration & Deliverance Ministries, Inc. in Amityville, New York under the leadership of her partner in life and ministry, Overseer, Apostle, Dr. Antoine D. Williams, Sr.
It is also with the union of this dynamic couple since April 1999, she is the proud mother of two awesome, talented and anointed children, Diamond and Antoine, Jr.
Shawna accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior at the age of 11 years old under the pastorate of Apostle Robert Williams of The House of Refuge Church of Christ in 1992. Being in church all her life, she peeked an immediate interest in the works of God operating as an usher president, church clerk, bible school administrator, Sunday School teacher, church prophet, pastors care member and church administrator throughout her years as a member of The House of Refuge Ministries, Inc. under the new leadership of Apostle Katherine J. Williams.
This very anointed, talented and gifted woman of God, with the push of her husband, obtained her bachelor’s in theology, major in Christian Education and Master of Theology, Major in Divinity at The House of Refuge Bible Institute in 2006. It was also in her affective works in the things of God that inspired her to start her own delivery, assembly and repair company in 2007 as CEO of A&S Assembly, Inc. with her co-founder, husband, Antoine D. Williams, Sr.
After years of dedication and service, it was with the call on her husband life and her by his side, that The City of Restoration & Deliverance Ministries, Inc. was birthed in 2016 in Amityville and she was anointed as Pastor with her husband to lead one of the greatest churches on this side of heaven. It is with the vision of her husband and leader Apostle Antoine D. Williams, Sr. and their love for the youth and community that The City Kids Summer Camp was birthed in 2017 and new program, The City Kids Afterschool program. With this new assignment in life, she has sacrificed and dedicated herself to the upbuilding of God’s Kingdom and their ministry as the Director of these successful programs by running the day to day operations.
Pastor Shawna Williams is a humble woman who expresses a great love for God’s people and is always willing to be a helping hand. With these extraordinary gifts given by God, she is blessed with the spirit of excellence, many skills, dedication, commitment and integrity knowing that all the Glory belongs to God. She is a strong believer that in these last and evil days, in the words of Co-Pastor, “WE MUST BE KIND TO ONE ANOTHER!”

Apostle, Dr. Antoine Dwayne Williams was born on July 13, 1976 in East Meadow, NY to his parents, Robert Lee Williams (Deceased) and Katherine Juanita Williams. With the guidance of his parents, Antoine received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, then was filled with the Holy Spirit at the age of 13. He graduated from his proud alma mater, Roosevelt Junior Senior High School of Roosevelt, NY class of 1994.
On April 3, 1999, he was joined in Holy Matrimony to his wife and Co-Pastor, Shawna Q. Williams as well as a proud father of 3 children, Tyrell Lewis (1998), and 2 out of his union, Diamond Williams (2002) and Antoine Williams, Jr. (2007). He dedicated his life not only to God, and his ministry, but to his love and well-being of his family.
Antoine was a very accomplished man, both spiritually and naturally. In 1996 he earned his Associates in Electronic Engineering, in 1998 he received his Bachelors in Theology & Christian Education, in May 1999, he was ordained as an elder by Holy City Covenant Churches, under Mother Apostle Callie Mae Jasper and he received his Masters Degree in Christian Education in 2001. It was not until February 2004 he was consecrated as an Apostle by his leader, Apostle Katherine Williams of The House of Refuge Ministries, Inc.
He continued his education by obtaining his Doctorate degree in Divinity in 2005, PhD in Christian Psychology and Counseling in 2007, while venturing out as an entrepreneur with his wife, Shawna, giving life to A&S Assembly, Inc. in 2007.
He worked as a Professor at The House of Refuge Theological Seminary faithfully since 1999, earning the title as “The Scholar,” while serving under both his spiritual and natural mother, Chief Prelate, Apostle, Dr. Katherine Williams in The House of Refuge Ministries, Inc.
In November 2016, under the divine instruction of God and the Spiritual push from his Chief Prelate, he stepped out on faith with his wife and children by his side and birthed The City of Restoration & Deliverance Ministries, Inc., where he illustrated the works of a devout shepherd and
pillar of the Amityville Community.
With God moving heavily over his life, he was consecrated as Overseer in July 2017 by The Refuge Alliance Ministries, where he served as an Alliance Pastor and Church.
One of his prized accomplishments was when he and his wife established and launched The City Kids Summer Camp where as the Founder, he took pleasure in serving his community via child care service. He was also a devoted football coach (known as Coach Twan) for his hometown in Roosevelt, NY for over 27 years under Roosevelt PAL and Rising Stars Programs. He would often say that "Blue & Gold runs in his veins."
In his most recent years, Antoine decided he wanted to expand his ministry of helps and he got certified as a Dual Recovery Specialist, Substance Abuse & Mental Illness Counselor. With the strength, aid, wisdom and favor of the Lord, he advanced swiftly in his new field becoming a supervisor at Federation of Organizations in less than a year.
Apostle, Dr. Antoine Dwayne Williams, Sr. leaves to cherish his memory and legacy, his loving and devoted wife of 25 years, Pastor Shawna Q. Williams, 3 Children: Tyrell Lewis (Son), Diamond Williams (Daughter) and Antoine Williams, Jr. (Son), Apostle Katherine Williams (Mother), Lisa Williams (Sister), Maryann Bell (Sister), Robert Jackson (Brother), Renee Jackson (Sister), and a host of both paternal and maternal uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, God children, spiritual children, friends, church family and co-workers, whom he was loved by ALL!
He was a unique vessel and servant of the Most High God who came before God's people naked and not ashamed, boldly declaring his love for his Lord Jesus Christ, knowing that nothing was too hard for God. If he were here today, he would say "Open-up your mouth and give God some praise!
